Bitcoin: insurance backs down

A few rare insurers and brokers had opened up to their customers, in recent months, the possibility of paying their premiums via this cryptocurrency.

Insurance is trying, with varying degrees of enthusiasm, to integrate new technologies into its business. The rise of cryptocurrencies for example raises a number of questions: a certain (limited) number of insurers had decided to embrace this subject by allowing the payment of certain premiums via this new method.
