Insurance mediation: ACAPS and FMSAR commit to a new charter

The Insurance and Social Welfare Supervisory Authority (ACAPS) and the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (FMSAR) have just signed a new insurance mediation charter with a view to improving the quality of services rendered to the insured.

The objective of this new system is to reduce recourse to the courts and to allow, consequently, to avoid long and costly procedures, note the ACAPS and the FMSAR, in a press release. Clearly, it is a question of establishing a climate of trust between policyholders and insurers by ensuring that alternative solutions are proposed, with diligence and impartiality.
