The Advise group unveils its Parachut brand

Advise is an aggregator of affinity services and an insurance brokerage company born in 2005. First available as a white label, Advise decided to launch its own brand in 2017 through Parachut. The latter now offers 3 unique affinity insurance products: from this point of view, they simplify the customer experience, bring transparency and above all offer the best guarantees on the market.

Parachut’s major challenge is to simplify procedures for policyholders in order to offer them better satisfaction. The idea is to create a real “Parachut reflex” in the minds of consumers: they no longer need to accumulate insurance specific to each device, to find and read their contracts in the event of a claim.

Parachut protects all of the household’s favorite possessions and equipment on a single insurance contract. Up to 3,000 everyday goods and equipment are insurable. High-tech & multimedia, furniture, urban mobility, household appliances, sports equipment: customers can protect their property for a cover limit ranging from €600 to €15,000.

Parachut insurance is entirely flexible according to your needs. The consumer can adjust the list of protected goods in real time using a personalized interface accessible online on the Parachut website. With its own center dedicated to the customer experience and to repairs, Parachut’s teams of experts support their customers in dealing together with small and large daily disasters: breakage, breakdown, oxidation, loss and theft, whatever the blunder or the unexpected.

Parachut offers three products:

  • Goodz protects household goods for a cover limit of €1,000 from €9.99/month and up to €5,000 for €19.99/month.
  • Mobiliti, protection for two-wheelers and new individual electric vehicles (NVEI) in the household, for a guarantee ceiling of €600 from €9.99/month and up to €5,000 for €19.99/month.
  • Protekt, premium protection to protect your daily life up to €15,000 for €39.99/month.

A strong desire for short and medium term development

The network currently has around a hundred partners in mainland France and the overseas departments and territories, including Xiaomi, retail outlets under Darty franchise, and Espace Culturel E. Leclerc.
These distributor partners are looking for original solutions to develop their customer relationship, offer a differentiating experience and build loyalty. They also want to generate additional revenue, without deploying restrictive management systems. For these two reasons, Parachut arouses their preference and meets their needs.

According Yann Abitbol, Sales & Partnerships Director of Parachut, “Within 3 years, our objective is to position ourselves as one of the market leaders. We are going to develop the distribution of our products in BtoB on the one hand, with a network of points of sale in major brands, and in BtoC on the other hand via partnerships with prestigious e-commerce platforms. At the same time, we will continue to create new products and services in line with our positioning (R)ensuring daily life and the expectations of our customers. »
